Last week one of our customers presented us with such an opportunity as they found themselves in a bit of a bind. She later sent me this short email..
Good morning Mike,
Thank you so very much for your help on Friday, especially with the rush-rush of being broken down in the middle of traffic. I had just been on my way home after being with my best friend who passed away earlier that morning. It was wonderful that you were able to help me in such a difficult time. The tow truck driver was there within about 40 minutes and was able to tow our truck to our home.
