Last month we shared with you an article highlighting the fact that California is experiencing a rise in insurance fraud. This increase in large part is tied to the current state of our economy. Recently, Good Morning America reported on an example of just how perpetrators are conducting these scams. Make sure you stay aware of your surroundings and more importantly if you are involved in an accident, watch for the red flags which are discussed in the following clip:
